We are a custom builder located in Greenville, South Carolina. ARC Builders was founded out of a commitment to excellent customer service and to design and build beautiful, functional homes that folks love. But that is not all we do. That's why from the moment you choose ARC Builders you will work directly with the owner/operator, Mike Cloys. He will remain in continuous contact with you throughout every phase of construction. Mike acts as both your partner and advocate during every phase of design and construction. We pride ourselves on fostering a process of that is both effective and pleasant for the client. From the very beginning, Mike encourages constant and open communication throughout the entire construction process.
