About Us
ARC Builders was founded by Mike Cloys, owner/operator,
out of a belief that we have a responsibility to be good stewards
with the resources that we've been given. In addition, Mike has always enjoyed
working closely with homeowners to build their dream home. As a result, ARC
Builders is committed to building houses that are superior in energy and financial
performance and to providing a personalized customer experience that will build
lasting relationships and not just customers.
Today's homeowners are demanding something better - a better way of designing and building a home, a way that leads to simpler, healthier, more economical, and more eco-friendly living - in short, a more sensible way of life. And they want all of this without sacrificing anything in the way of style and character, because this too has an effect on our quality of life. To accomplish this, ARC Builders constructs all of our homes to the stringent Energy Star and EarthCraft standards.

From the moment you choose ARC Builders you work directly with Mike who stays in continuous contact with you throughout every phase of construction. Mike acts as both your partner and advocate during every phase of design and construction. And while we always keep you informed about important issues as they arise, we also pride ourselves on making the entire process as relaxing and enjoyable as the grand estate you'll soon call home.
Meet the Builder
Mike Cloys started ARC Builders out of a desire to build a more energy efficient home and to provide homeowners with a positive experience throughout the construction process. Mike has over 12 years of experience in construction ranging from light commercial to residential custom and production building. These different skill sets have given him the experience and discipline to deliver a top quality house on schedule and on budget.
Although he has a passion for his work, Mike also prioritizes his church and his family. Mike is active in his church and has gone on mission trips to Nicaragua, where he utilized his construction skills to enhance living conditions for the local people. He and his wife, Amber, have three wonderful children; Peyton, Austin, and Graycen.
