Initial Meeting

At our initial meeting we will have a meeting of the minds. This is when we listen and try to get a feel of what you want.

Bring us your plans to build on your lot or ours

Choose from one of our in house plans

Work with our designer/architect to help plan your dream home.

Finalize Plans & Ingredients For Your New Home

Put the finishing touches on your home as we are building your budgets and helping you plan. This is the time to add that custom fireplace mantel, kitchen island or media room.

Selection Time

Time to make the selections for your home.

Work with our designer to help with all of your selections

Pick your wall colors, granite countertops, cabinets, and light fixtures

Pre-Construction Meeting

We will meet onsite to discuss the placement of your home, easement, etc., and will also review the construction process and estimated timelines.

ARC Quality Inspection

This is where we go through the home on our hands and knees to inspect every detail of your new home prior to you walking the home for the Pre-Closing Orientation.

Pre-Closing Orientation

This is when we demonstrate the home and how it works.

We will show you how everything operates and discuss our warranty process

Post Closing Follow Up

Approximately 60-90 days after you move in we will call you to come back and address any warranty items that may have come up. We take great pride in our work and our reputation. Your satisfaction is not an afterthought but a planned event.

1-Year Follow Up

After you have lived in your new home for one year, we will call you again to address any other warranty issues.
